TITLE:                       

Construction Manager

 

JOB DUTIES:                    

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables;

  • Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals;

  • Report work progress and budget matters to clients;

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists;

  • Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities;

  • Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems;

  • Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations;

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate construction activities to meet deadline and maintenance of structures & systems; others.

 

WORK HOURS:                    

Monday – Friday; 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

REQUIREMENTS:   

Master of Science in Construction Management; One (1) year experience in above duties; and fluent in English and Chinese.
